Ms. Jensen was born and raised in Sandpoint, Idaho. She received dual bachelor degrees in Government and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College in 2005. She then worked for the United States Forest Service in Sandpoint as a sawyer and a firefighter before attending the University of Idaho College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Jensen served as a technical editor of the University of Idaho Law Review, and she represented her class for two years on the Student Bar Association. She also was active in the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association during law school. Ms. Jensen worked during law school as a judicial assistant to the Honorable Steven Verby of the First Judicial District of Idaho. Ms. Jensen is admitted to the Idaho State Bar, and is admitted to practice in both federal and state courts. She has a general litigation practice and practices in the Coeur d'Alene office.
