Mr. Brown was born and raised in Roy, Utah, next to Hill Air Force Base. Mr. Brown received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah in 1996. He then worked as a counselor in youth corrections until he went to law school. Mr. Brown graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law in 2002.
After law school, Mr. Brown worked as a deputy public defender in Pocatello, Idaho, and he also had a civil law practice, including family law, in the Boise/Nampa area. Mr. Brown is admitted to the Idaho State Bar, and is admitted to practice in both federal and state courts. He has a general litigation practice, and practices in the Idaho Falls office.
