Mr. Williams conducts a general litigation practice, and his experience includes insurance, professional liability, real estate and contractual disputes, automobile and vehicular matters, and general litigation matters. Mr. Williams' is admitted to practice in Idaho and Wyoming; his litigation practice focuses in North Idaho. Mr. Williams has substantial trial experience, and regularly represents clients in both Federal and State Court.
Mr. Williams received his undergraduate degree in landscape architecture from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1991. Mr. Williams received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1994. During law school, Mr. Williams was a senior editor of the Idaho Law Review, and wrote three articles addressing property law issues that were published in the Idaho Law Review. After graduating from law school, Mr. Williams served as a deputy prosecuting attorney and as the interim prosecuting attorney in Valley County, Idaho. Mr. Williams also served as a deputy public defender in Twin Falls County, Idaho. During his time as a prosecutor and public defender, Mr. Williams had numerous misdemeanor and felony trials.
Mr. Williams is a member of both the Idaho and Wyoming bar associations. He is a partner with the firm; he practices in the Coeur d'Alene office.
