Ms. Brown received her undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, where she graduated with a double major in Economics and International Relations, with Ms. Brown's focal interest being Japanese diplomatic relations. Following college, Ms. Brown worked in the Seattle office of a Japanese corporation until she entered law school at the University of the Pacific. During law school, Ms. Brown received honors in international moot court competitions. She has recently been selected as a Mountain States Super Lawyer Rising Star.
Ms. Brown conducts a litigation practice, and has experience in insurance, health care disputes, professional liability, civil rights, antitrust litigation, automobile and vehicular matters, subrogation and general litigation.
Ms. Brown is a member of the Idaho bar, and is admitted to practice in state and federal courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Idaho Law Foundation Continuing Legal Education Committee, a member of the State Bar Fee Arbitration Panel and a member of the Bar Committee for the Unauthorized Practice of Law. Ms. Brown has also served as a judge for the Idaho Law Foundation's Idaho Mock Trial Competition. Ms. Brown serves as Vice President of the University of Puget Sound Alumni Council. Ms. Brown is a partner with the firm, and practices in the Boise office.
